Over the past year, Armen has developed a 12-week curriculum entitled “Jump for Jazz, ” slated to begin in Fall 2006 at the Fresno Art Museum. The course will be presented to Valley Elementary School Students free of charge. The course will use live performance, video and audio examples along with activities to teach the history and fundamentals of Jazz.

Armen will begin recording his debut this week. The recording will feature his trio consisting of Kevin Hill and Brian Hamada. The song list has yet to be announced however, Armen stated that the CD would consist of mostly of originals. Look for the release of the CD in March.
